Blue Project Report Classes
In order to strengthen the cultivation of young teachers, promote their professional development, implement the activity plan of ‘Blue Project’, solidly carry out the teaching and research activities of ‘Master and Apprentice’, and form a good atmosphere of ‘mentoring’, Anqing Foreign Language School's Junior High Department of the east campus launched a two-week ‘Blue Project’ presentation activity.
During the activity, there were five young teachers presenting their exquisitely prepared report classes with their own characteristics.
Specifically, in the report classes, five young teachers, Zhang Yu, Wang Li, Ren Ping, Wu Jijie and Chen Jianhui, all gave full play to their own advantages, fully stimulated the enthusiasm of the students to participate in classroom teaching and inspired their potential as well. Before this, the five young teachers have carried out many seminar activities, such as lesson preparation and teaching discussion under the guidance of their tutors, aiming to improve their discipline attainment.
Meanwhile, in the teaching process, the five teachers flexibly used the teaching methods, and paid attention to the study method guidance, which not only focused on each student, but also respected the students' individual differences, thus highlighting the principal position of the students and dramatically improving the teaching level.
To sum up, the implementation of the ‘Blue Project’ in the Junior High Department provides a display platform for the rapid growth of young teachers, gives full play to the active role of core teachers, and offers a platform for all teachers to learn and communicate. It is believed that the five young teachers, walking on the steadyfast and diligent growth road, can walk together with the experienced seniors so that the road of education and teaching is becoming more and more splendid and wider and wider.
